This was sent as a gift to my son in a distant city. It arrived as described, promptly, in perfect condition, and he loves it. It is ideal for his smallish kitchen because it processes enough for small parties without taking over the counter space.

We are very happy with this machine. It is powerful and quiet. We haven't had any glitches with it-it was well designed. This machine does a nice job of shredding vegetables for coleslaw. The four cup mini bowl is a great innovation for smaller jobs, like making a small batch of guacamole. Considering the price which was less than $120 after the rebate and the free shipping I thought it was a great value. The shipping was fast and the rebate check came in less than two weeks.

My old Cuisinart bowl broke-poor design so I thought I would switch to a Kitchen Aid. Every thing is fine EXCEPT the design on the lid. It goes outside the bowl so every time you open it, the contents still attached to the top of the lid dribble down the outside of the bowl. The could not have tested this product without noticing this flaw!

This is a very strong processor, able to handle processing raw nuts, seeds and veggies pretty much on daily basis. I've only had it for a couple of months and so far have been very happy. When using the small bowl as an insert, things do spill over to the big bowl, so just have to wash it as well. It's pretty quite as well.

LOVE this Food Processor! First ever (and I am in my 60's). Can't believe I waited so long to get one. I don't get the comments re: hard to clean - not so. Heavy weight on bottom so does not skip around. Zips along super fast; makes quick work of everything I have tried and trust me I have been testing... Kinda goofy acting if the funnel is not full, but compared to doing it by hand is no problem at all. Easy to use AND looks good too.
