Couple months back we purchased the KitchenAid Pasta Drying rack. It is a fabulous tool aiding our weekend pasta making efforts. Points we like: it is stabile, easy to slide handful after handful of pasta from the pasta machine right onto the rack. Cleaning is a snap

This is a delightful addition to our kitchen. Cleverly designed, it collapses for storage. Its legs are sturdy and the drying arms spread out conveniently for lots of drying space. The wand included to transfer the pasta works perfectly and has its own storage slot inside the rack. The overall look when not in use is so attractive, I think it belongs in a museum of modern art. I'm hoping it's sturdy enough to last for years, because I love our pasta rack!

I use this at least once a week when making homemade pasta. The best quality is how it folds down so nicely for easy storage.

Leave it to Kitchen Aid to produce a Perfect Product--they've thought of everything. It folds up to store easily--even has a built-in lifter to take it to the racks. It's GREAT.

Well built and stable, it holds a lot of pasta; however, the lower arms get close to the counter. So if you make a lot at once (more than 4-6 servings) you have to make some of it short. Arms interlock so they won't override each other. Legs fold in and arms line-up easily for storage. Easy to clean, no troublesome cracks or joints. Solidly constructed. Storage is easiest in the box, but it can be stored flat in a drawer to save space. Well worth the cost.
